L’octroi du droit d’utiliser le nom, l’acronyme et/ou l’emblème de l’UNESCO est la prérogative de la Conférence générale et du Conseil exécutif. Dans certains cas définis par les Directives, les organes directeurs habilitent, par délégation, le Directeur général et les commissions nationales pour l’UNESCO à consentir cette utilisation à d’autres organes. Le pouvoir d’autoriser l’utilisation du nom, de l’acronyme, de l’emblème et/ou des noms de domaine Internet de l’UNESCO ne peut être accordé à d’autres organes. Toute décision autorisant l’utilisation du nom, de l’acronyme, de l’emblème et/ou des noms de domaine de l’UNESCO doit se fonder sur les critères suivants :

  1. Pertinence de l’association proposée par rapport aux objectifs stratégiques et au programme de l’Organisation ;

Autorisation d’utilisation de l’emblème de l’Année internationale des langues autochtones 2019

Les offices, fonds et programmes et autres organes subsidiaires et organismes des Nations Unies peuvent utiliser l’emblème de l’Année internationale 2019 sans autorisation préalable. Il leur est demandé, cependant, aux fins de l’établissement d’un rapport final, de fournir à l’UNESCO des informations sur les activités menées.

Les entités extérieures au système des Nations Unies, y compris les gouvernements, les organisations intergouvernementales, les organisations à but non lucratif et autres entités, peuvent également utiliser l’emblème seul aux conditions suivantes :

  • L’Organisation des Nations Unies et l’UNESCO n’assument aucune responsabilité ou obligation quant à la traduction de l’emblème dans des langues autres que les six langues officielles de l’ONU.

Étapes à suivre pour demander l’emblème

  • S’inscrire sur le site Web de l’Année internationale.
  • Remplir un formulaire de demande.
  • Une fois obtenue de l’UNESCO l’autorisation d’utiliser l’emblème, télécharger celui-ci.

Comportement frauduleux et hameçonnage

Il a été signalé à l’UNESCO quelques cas de courriels de hameçonnage ou frauduleux reçus de personnes prétendant agir au nom de l’Organisation.

Format for the nomination of properties for registration on the 2019 International Year of Indigenous Languages – Registration template

Partners are encouraged to grant to UNESCO, in written form and free of charge, the non exclusive cession of rights to diffuse, to communicate to the public, to publish, to reproduce, to exploit, in any form and on any support, including digital, all or part of the images provided and license these rights to third parties.
